This is a Character file only. She does not have a Conversation file.
Also, I have not adjusted spawn locations or frequency, so do this in the Mods tab.
To have a look, go to the Mods option, select the Appearance tab, switch Gender to Female, and Import “Jayda_Stephens.pechar”.
This means that you can see what “Jayda Stephens” looks like, and her name is correct, but her date of birth, country of origin and # for her appearance options are wrong.
For the record, here are the settings I used for “Jayda Stephens”, Black Tie variant. Other variants are possible of course, and I encourage you to do better! Have a look at the Hair types and Hair Colors, especially, because “Jayda Stephens” has a few different looks!

“Jayda Stephens” in RL – wink – has tattoos on her forearms and flank. I used Front Left Forearm 4, Front Right Forearm 2, Back Left Forearm 2 and Back Right Forearm 5. None of the options for her flank tattoo (a leaf of “some kind”) seem to work, so I have left that off.
